Yes. This program is open for members and non-members. Non-members just have a slightly larger minimum quantity.
Why should I use the Golomb Group instead of a marriage mail?
While marriage mail, like Val-Pak,  is less expensive, you pay for it in other ways. Your message can get lost in a sea of 30 other businesses. With our program, you don't need to compete to get your message read. We also make sure that your prospects are more qualified. This means they tend to spend more on average than those responding to marriage mail offers.
How good is your response rate? Will I make my investment back?
We have some of the best response rates in the industry. While each market and each cleaner is different, we can boast an average 5% response. The industry standard is around 1%. Even though you need to make an offer, prospects generally spend more with an offer than without. Our customers typically get a 2-to-1 ROI. For every dollar they spend with us, they typically net a 2 dollar return AFTER discount..
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. The Golomb Group doesn't require our customers to sign a contract. We do recommend that you do a mailing for at LEAST 3 months. One and done mailings generally don't have the staying power that a 3-month campaign has. All we ask is a $200 deposit (fully refundable). We'll produce your 3-month cycle in advance. The deposit is to cover the costs in-case you decide not to complete the program.

Yes. We need to have some minimums. Otherwise we wouldn't be able to offer these discounts. Members have a smaller minimum than non-members.
Can I customize my offer? My list parameters?
Yes. We can customize anything you would like. The back of a standard postcard is printed 1-color (blue or black). If you wish to have multiple colors or full-color, there will be an additional charge. We can customize your list, however, the 49¢ only applies to a saturated file. If you wish to apply other parameters, such as household income, there will be a small additional charge per card.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes. We take all major of credit cards. If you prefer, you may also pay by check. Please note, no mailing will be sent out until payment is received.
